RivalLands Studios
Privacy
This page describes how the website behaves. It is not a completed legal determination, and hosting details that have not been confirmed are not invented here.
Contact
For privacy questions about this website, contact RivalLands Studios, M. Barutcu, at rivallandsstudios@gmail.com. The Legal Notice uses the same designation.
Hosting and local files
The site is prepared as static files for hosting with ALL-INKL. When a browser requests a page, it sends the technical data needed to deliver that page, including an IP address and the address of the file. The host may keep access and error logs for operation and security. The account’s actual log settings, retention period and processing terms have not been confirmed for this notice, so no retention period is stated here.
Fonts, artwork, video posters and the decorative background video are files on this website. The pages do not load a remote font or image service, and they do not include a general analytics or marketing tool.
YouTube
A music video first shows a local image. Opening, scrolling, hovering or focusing the page does not load a YouTube player, a remote thumbnail or a YouTube script. Choosing “Load YouTube & play” connects that one video to YouTube (Google) through youtube-nocookie.com. Google then receives the IP address and browser information and may use device storage. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is sent and it does not mean that no storage is used.
The choice is kept in memory only, for that video, on that page, until the page is reloaded or closed. RivalLands does not set its own cookie, local storage entry or account for the choice. Reloading the page asks again. “Unload YouTube” removes the player from the page and stops that playback. It does not delete storage YouTube may already have set, and it does not undo data already sent. A direct “Watch on YouTube” link remains available and does not load the embedded player by itself.
Provider information: Google’s Privacy Policy.
External links
Links to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram and TikTok are ordinary links. Following one opens that service. The website does not embed those services, and it does not contact them before you use the link. YouTube is contacted only in the way described above, after you load a player.
There is no form, CAPTCHA or mail program on this website. If you write to rivallandsstudios@gmail.com, that message is handled by your email provider and by the project’s Gmail account so it can be read and answered. The message may be kept while the enquiry is handled. Copy address, when the browser allows it, copies only the public address. If copying fails, the address stays visible so it can be selected. Nothing on this page claims the address cannot be scraped.
Requests
Depending on the situation and the law that applies, you may be able to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Use the project email for a request about this website.
